During the learner creation process you will have assigned a tutor to your learners. Follow these steps if you need to update the tutor associated with a learner.

1. Log in to your Cognassist account, navigate the ‘Client Admin’ menu and click on ‘Edit Learners’.

2. Click on the option to ‘Update primary tutor’

3. Select the learner(s) that you need to update using the checkbox next to their individual name.

4. Using the dropdown menu, select the new tutor you wish to assign to your chosen learner(s).

5. Click the ‘Set primary tutor’ button.

6. You will be given the chance to confirm the new tutor, then you can click ‘Update’ to proceed.

7. A success message will be shown, informing you that the tutor update has been made.
