Learners can only be removed from Cognassist when they have not completed the assessment. Currently the ability to remove a learner who has completed the assessment is not available.

These steps listed are how you can remove a learner:

1. Log in to your Cognassist account, navigate the ‘Client Admin’ menu and click on ‘Edit Learners’.

2. Using the checkboxes, select the learners you wish to remove.

3. In the side panel you will be given a count of the learners you are deleting.

4. Click on the button to ‘Remove learners’

5. You will be asked to confirm your request, click ‘Update’ to remove the selected learners.

6. You will now receive confirmation that learners have been removed.
