Established in 2011, Train Together, a dynamic Training Provider specialising in delivering high-quality apprenticeships, have been utilising the Cognassist platform since 2020.

With neurodiversity at the heart of their mission, and the privilege of working with a diverse range of learners, they’re committed to ensuring that every learner has the tools and support they need to succeed, regardless of their learning differences.

We caught up with their ‘Head of Learning Support’, Nicola Clark, to gain a greater understanding of how, in her words, ‘Cognassist has been instrumental in helping to achieve our goals’.

The Challenge

Before the introduction of Cognassist, Train Together recognised significant gaps in their ability to effectively identify and support neurodiverse learners.

Head of Learning Support, Nicola Clark, stated,

“Learners were slipping through the cracks, particularly those who required reasonable adjustments or additional help to reach their potential.

We needed a robust, evidence-based solution that would help us identify and meet the needs of all learners, fostering inclusion across the board.”
