Using a sample learner journey, we’ll show how a cognitive assessment identifies potential barriers, how the tutor and learner co-create a support plan together, how adjustments are delivered as part of everyday teaching, and how each month’s support is recorded against intent, implementation and impact, so the platform carries the admin and you can focus on the judgement calls that matter.
