Leanne is a Customer Success Education Lead at Cognassist, supporting colleges, training providers and education clients with implementing and using the platform so they can identify and support learners with hidden needs. She joined in 2025 after a career in further education, including roles as an Apprenticeship Manager, Assessor and Tutor, and as an EDI Representative.
