Process Overview

Webinar Delivered: 120-minute instructor-led session (certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management).

Manager Invitation: Once the Project Manager uploads manager emails, managers will receive an invitation. Alternatively, the Project Manager can send email invites directly.

Assessment: A final assessment requiring 80%+ to receive certification.
